Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our electrical construction projects within the data center and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management as well as expertise in electrical systems and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for electrical construction projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and subcontractors.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical and construction projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing data center and commercial projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
