Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a focus on healthcare architecture to lead our projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare design, knowledge of relevant regulations, and a passion for creating innovative healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects in the healthcare sector, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure project success.
Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders and clients.
Ensure compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize Revit software for project documentation and design visualization.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture and healthcare sectors.
Proven knowledge of HCAI and OSHPD standards and regulations.
Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
Licensure as an Architect (AIA, NCARB) and LEED AP certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
