Assist with employee onboarding, performance reviews and termination Conduct interviews and prepare offer letters Lead the performance evaluation process, including annual reviews and compensation recommendations Maintain employee handbook and benefits programs Employee liaison for Continuing Education, firm team building activities and events Provide oversight of Accounting, Administrative and Office Management functions Partner with IT team, including computer procurement and managing information technology support vendor contracts Oversight of website and social media Primarily responsible for all collections Monitors employee productivity and provides feedback Act as primary liaison for clients Provide cohesive organizational leadership Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree CPA preferred Background in professional services Experience in Human Resources Leadership experience Effective problem solving and decision-making skills Demonstrate strong ethics and integrity Communicate effectively Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships Benefits
