Transdev in Miami, FL is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The Accounts Receivable Clerk assists the Accounting Manager in all aspects of the daily AR functions. Transdev is proud to offer: Competitive compensation package of minimum $25.00 ($52,000) – Maximum $30.00 ($62,400) Benefits include: Vacation: Two (2) weeks Sick days: 5 days Holidays: 11 days; 7 standard and 4 floating Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy. Key Responsibilities

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data Assist with the preparation of client billings and the extensive related support documentation, including all exhibits Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all invoices are posted and cash receipts are applied properly Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in accounting plus 2-3 years of related experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Attention to detail High level of accuracy and efficiency Preferred experience with government constructions contracts Physical Requirements
