Full-Time Are you an experienced fire restoration technician ready to take your career to the next level? Whether you have a little hands-on experience or you’re a seasoned expert, ServiceMaster CDR wants you on our team! You’ll play a crucial role in helping families and businesses recover after fire and smoke damage, restoring not just property—but lives. What You’ll Do: Perform all aspects of fire and smoke damage restoration, including demolition, structural cleaning, contents cleaning, equipment setup, pack-outs, and debris removal Safely pack, move, clean, and restore fire-damaged personal belongings and commercial contents Operate a variety of restoration tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and care Accurately document job progress, inventory, and customer interactions using restoration software (e.g., Contents Track, iCAT, Restore 365) Work directly with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and project leads to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean and professional worksite, and keep company vehicles and equipment ready and organized Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed What You Bring: Some hands-on experience in fire or smoke damage restoration (residential or commercial) Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive, can-do attitude Solid customer service and communication skills Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined or challenging spaces, and wear PPE (including respirators) when required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Tech-savvy and able to learn or use mobile devices and job-tracking software IICRC FSRT & OCT certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain) Why You’ll Love It Here: Competitive pay based on your experience and certifications Opportunities for career advancement and skill development Work with an industry-leading, nationally recognized company Make a meaningful difference helping communities recover and rebuild Comprehensive training, cutting-edge technology, and supportive leadership
