The Contents Manager leads the full lifecycle of contents restorationfrom initial loss assessment through pack-out, specialized cleaning, secure storage, and pack-backensuring policyholders, insurers, and adjusters trust the outcome. This role manages a skilled team and maintains high standards for safety, quality, and communication, all while reflecting our mission to develop a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect. By coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement, the Contents Manager helps protect revenue, accelerate claims, and enhance customer satisfactionsupporting our vision to be the premier cleaning and restoration company in the world. Working together to make it Like it never even happened. Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

3+ years in restoration, moving/relocation logistics, warehousing, or related field; 1+ year in a supervisory role.

Working knowledge of contents inventory and estimating platforms (e.g., iCat, Encircle, DASH, XactContents, Assured, proprietary franchise systems).

Valid drivers license with acceptable MVR; able to qualify for company insurance.

Ability to pass background check and (if required by carriers) drug screening.

Proficient with tablets/mobile data entry, spreadsheets, and cloud storage. Preferred/Strongly Desired Credentials

IICRC Certifications: Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT). Additional plus: Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning (UFT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT).

Experience handling soft-goods restoration systems (e.g., Esporta, Morantz, ultrasonic tanks).

Prior insurance/TPA documentation exposure.

Forklift certification and warehouse slotting experience.

Bilingual (English/Spanish or market-relevant language). Physical & Environmental Requirements

Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally heavier with team lift or mechanical assist).

Work in residential/commercial structures impacted by fire, smoke, soot, water, mold, and bio contaminants; appropriate PPE provided.

Warehouse environment with forklifts, pallet jacks, vault racking, drying equipment noise.

Occasional after-hours, weekend, and CAT event surge response.
