About the Role: As a
Service Advisor , youll be a key player in providing our customers with the trusted, dealership-quality experience they deserve. Youll ensure every customer has a seamless and positive service experience, from their first interaction to the final handoff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and welcome.
Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and provide accurate service recommendations.
Prepare estimates and clearly explain necessary repairs in a customer-friendly manner.
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Follow up with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and address any questions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and repairs.
Help maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area.
Uphold Midas commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but were happy to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with scheduling software and automotive repair systems is a bonus.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
