Position: Outside Field Sales (Exempt)
Salary Range: $70,000 $80,000
Travel: Required Day trips weekly, overnight trips monthly
We are looking for a driven and bilingual Outside Field Sales Professional to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a global organization, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities Manage and expand customer accounts through frequent visits and ongoing relationship-building Conduct day trips to customer sites (1 2 times per week) and overnight trips (1 2 times per month) as needed Identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and close sales to achieve growth targets Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely customer support Provide exceptional service with a proactive, consultative approach
Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (Japanese is a strong plus) 3+ years of successful sales experience (B2B preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable with regular travel schedule (day trips and overnight trips required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience preferred Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
Compensation & Benefits
