We are seeking an organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant who will be handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings. To be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: 25+
Job Type: Part-Time
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative or accounting experience.
- High degree of overall computer proficiency.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Docs.
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and general office equipment;
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
Job Duties
- Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes calls to the appropriate person and places outgoing calls for the business.
- Greet and escort all visitors and their guests.
- Performs all accounting (AP/AR), inventory, and account reconciliation for the business.
- Schedules appointments for the business.
- Compose and type correspondence as needed.
- Compile and report on statistical data as required by the business or Managing Partner.
- Input data into CFSS system accurately, completely, and timely.
- Assist client families with processing necessary paperwork and scheduling appointments.
- Receive and record payments from client families.
- Update and maintain files and related systems for the business.
- Serve as business timekeeper and maintain local employee files.
- Coordinate and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Serve as a backup in other administrative functions as needs dictate;
