Senior Data Analyst Job at Soni in King of Prussia

Soni Resources is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead high-impact analytics initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner with business and technical teams to deliver actionable insights, build scalable reporting solutions, and mentor junior analysts.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects—from requirements to dashboard delivery and ongoing enhancements.
• Integrate data from multiple platforms (Salesforce, Azure, JDE, Workday, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models (Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx).
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved reporting workflows.
• Champion data quality, governance, and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior analysts while promoting adoption of analytics solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience (including 1–2 years in a senior/lead role).
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, data modeling, visualization).
• Strong SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Excel expertise.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.); Fabric/OneLake a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security practices.
• Must be in office at least 4 days per week.
