We have an opening for seasonal BUSSER positions.

Job Details

• Location: Genesis House - 40 10th Avenue, New York, NY 10014
• Schedule: Seasonal; Thursday – Sunday, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
• Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
• Requirement: Some experience required

Job Responsibilities

• Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.
• Clears dirty table settings quickly and resets tables with prescribed serviceware.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations, including silverware, linen, condiments, booths and chairs; assists with cleaning tasks as needed.
• Serves guests beverages, breads and butter; replenishes as necessary and assists servers with service.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area and performs general cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Completes side work (replenishing condiments, restocking). Performs other duties as assigned, including handling guest requests and greeting/seating guests.

Qualifications

• Some experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
