The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. The receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.
Overview
This role supports front desk operations and resident services, ensuring a positive experience for guests and residents through professional communication and organized administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support including mail handling, data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Support a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care and service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
- One to three months of related experience.
