What You’ll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and sales positions.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver a standout candidate experience from first call to offer acceptance.
Account Management & Client Support
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Act as a trusted partner for delivery managers and sales directors by providing market insights and staffing updates.
- Support client accounts by nurturing relationships and ensuring top talent is delivered quickly.
- Work closely with sales and operations to support staffing strategies.
- Gain exposure to account management responsibilities, including client updates and workforce planning.
- Be part of a team that values innovation, growth, and professional development.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience (mix of technical + sales hiring preferred).
- Great communicator who builds strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple roles with urgency.
- Curiosity to learn account management and interest in growing into client-facing work.
Bonus Points For
- Recruiting experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing.
- Familiarity with U.S. hiring practices, work authorizations, and compliance.
- Previous exposure to account/client management or business development.
