Responsibilities

  • Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are equipped to succeed from day one.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to tailor onboarding processes for various roles, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period to address questions and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop job descriptions, post openings on relevant platforms, and utilize ATS systems to streamline hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy.
  • HR Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and comply with local labor laws.
  • Ensure all HR activities adhere to legal standards, maintaining a risk-free and ethical workplace.
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management:
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Implement performance management systems, including regular reviews and development plans.
  • Coach managers and employees to address performance issues constructively.
  • Employee Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed and supported in utilizing available resources.
  • Continuously evaluate benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness in the industry.
  • HR Data and Technology:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Leverage HRIS and ATS systems to improve efficiency in HR processes.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay informed on HR trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance HR operations and employee engagement.
  • Organize training and development programs to promote employee growth and retention.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR roles with a focus on onboarding and HR management.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
