Overview

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and day-to-day HR operations. You’ll partner with teams across the organization to deliver efficient, compliant, and people-centered HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Compensation

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
• Lead new hire orientations and manage onboarding paperwork
• Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks
• Help deliver employee training, implement policies, and support employee relations

Qualifications And Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with UKG/Kronos or other HRIS is a plus
