Located in Bradenton, FL, our client is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving while supporting employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
3. Assist with performance review cycles and employee development initiatives.
4. Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
5. Support benefits administration and open enrollment.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
7. Foster a positive and productive work culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role.
• Comfortable with benefits, understands Health Insurance, and can conduct investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Compensation

Base pay range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, plus benefits. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.
