Overview
We’re partnering with a large utility & telecommunications company to hire a Human Resources Manager to support their corporate IT functions at their state-of-the-art office in West Palm Beach. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, plus bonus and excellent benefits, in a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.
The role is a contributor role reporting to a Senior Director of HR and will support over 200 employees, helping to shape people strategy across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support employee engagement, employee relations, coach managers, and support performance, development, and compliance across the organization.
- Lead special HR projects and help improve HR processes across the business.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape people strategy and HR initiatives for corporate IT teams.
Qualifications
- Solid HR experience with strong generalist skills, including experience supporting corporate teams such as IT.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- SHRM/PHR certification is a plus.
- Union experience is a plus.
