The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Zephyrhills and Dade City
The role you'll contribute: This position is responsible preparing document batches for scanning, performing the scanning process and accurately indexing/profiling each document into the ImageNow enterprise content management system, data entry and data quality control in the HRMS for assigned payroll clients. Excellent organizational skills and accuracy are required. Flexibility and adaptability are necessary. Confidentiality and high ethical standards are required. Has the ability to work in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Capture/Scan Captures the documents into ImageNow by scanning or importing them from the computer.
- Quality Control Reviews each document image to ensure it was captured to the standards of quality necessary for viewing. Remove and re-scan unacceptable images from the batch. Validate that all pages of a document were captured.
- Profile/Validation -Views each scanned image for pertinent information and accurately searches for the appropriate employee information in Destiny.
- Linking Link documents to established index keys so that documents are grouped in a logical order and accurately matched to claim records in Destiny
- Workflow release documents into workflow or route non-workflow documents to the appropriate department personnel within the required timeframe (so resolution can be made prior to end of pay period). Scans, profiles and links historic documents into ImageNow as necessary
- Keeps manual and other documentation of procedures and systems related to scanning up-to-date.
Minimum qualifications
- High School or GEDEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- General knowledge of Human Resources documentation
- High School Grad or Equiv 0 years experience
