Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the restaurant team to achieve goals and ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Assist the manager with planning and managing operations at Taco Bell locations listed (Newnan, Bullsboro) to meet store policies and financial goals.
• Monitor team members to follow all service standards; supervise service of guests and respond to guest needs.
• Assist in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion. Read daily communication sheets from the previous shift and prepare one for the following shift. Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant and tables.
• Provide clear direction to staff both verbally and in writing. Maintain attendance and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
