Base pay range: $16.76/hr - $17.76/hr

Job Description

Are you excited to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO fans of all ages? Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. This is a seasonal, part-time role anticipated to last until January, with length depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions by greeting every guest, handling cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging demeanor (80%).
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and applying LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, follow safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%).

What You’ll Do

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
• Adhere to physical requirements: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; vision requirements and ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Potential for a permanent role for excellent performers.
• Must provide availability to work up to 20 hours per week (availability requirements; not a guaranteed 20 hours).
