Our Selectors start at $25.53/hr and progress to full-scale pay of $31.53/hr after completing 90 days of employment and meeting 100% productivity.
About US Foods

Main Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
- Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment.
- Validate correct product selection and ensure damage-free items.
- Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
- Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to charging areas.
Physical Requirements
- Work comfortably in environments ranging from -5 to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly; moving over 1,000 cases per shift.
Qualifications
- Must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety, and reporting purposes.
- Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
- Recent experience in high-endurance or physical roles preferred.
- Experience with large-scale order selection and operating motorized pallet jacks preferred.
