Job Title: Call Center Representative (Onsite)
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing call center team in Rockville, MD. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, have a clear and professional phone presence, and are passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
- Uphold company standards for quality and compliance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience required
- Strong attention to detail and clear, concise phone communication
- Experience handling high call volumes preferred
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Education/Experience Requirements (any of the following combinations):
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of call center experience
- Associate degree + 4 years of call center experience
- High school diploma + 6 years of call center experience
