Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager of Information Technology with day-to-day IT program operations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network issues, operating system errors, printing, and account access.
  • Install software and hardware as necessary; help move and change computer workstations, printers, phones, conference rooms, and other peripheral devices.
  • Analyze logs and identify potential issues; document, track, and monitor the problem resolution process; ensure user requests are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
    • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
    • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
    • Experience supporting Office 365 and Microsoft Office.
    • Experience supporting conference room/hybrid workforce solutions.
    • Experience supporting various phone and voice applications.
    • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work at a desk; ability to move up to 10 pounds as needed.
    • Ability to reason logically, make sound decisions, and consider diverse perspectives; strong written and oral communication.

Benefits and Other

Salary: $22.76 - $28.46 per hour. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
