Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of the IT program under the Manager of Information Technology
  • Serve as the go-to person for first-level IT support issues including hardware and software troubleshooting, network issues, operating system errors, printing, and account access
  • Install software and hardware as necessary, move and change computer workstations, printers, phones, conference rooms, and other peripheral devices
  • Analyze logs to identify potential issues
  • Document, track, and monitor the problem resolution process; ensure user requests are completed accurately and on time
  • Support for operating systems (e.g., Windows) and a wide range of applications (including Office 365 and Microsoft Office)
  • Support conference room/hybrid workforce solutions and various phone/voice applications

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
  • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
  • Skill in organizing resources and prioritizing effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems
  • Experience supporting Office 365 and Microsoft Office
  • Experience supporting conference room and hybrid workforce solutions
  • Experience supporting various phone and voice applications
  • Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to move up to 10 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to reason logically, make sound decisions, and consider diverse perspectives
