$22.14 - $28.78 / hour. In this role, you will guide team members, assist with department policies, and ensure exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced urgent care environment. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures. Mentor, monitor, coach, and evaluate team members' performance, focusing on productivity and quality management. Coordinate services, prioritize assignments, and facilitate effective problem-solving. Perform responsibilities of underlying job functions while guiding team members in handling complex situations. Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to operate with minimal supervision. Requirements: Emergency Medical Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, EMT-Paramedic, or equivalent certification. High school diploma or GED. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification; IV proficiency as per departmental guidelines within 6 months of hire. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
