Provide education management support by directly assisting in managerial duties or by offering information and guidance from your area of expertise to simplify managerial tasks. Support curriculum standards by engaging with governmental policies concerning educational curricula and the approved curricula from specific educational institutions. Oversee assessment processes with familiarity of evaluation techniques, theories, and tools for students, program participants, and employees; employ initial, formative, summative and self-assessment strategies; utilize professional learning communities to inform instruction. Promote understanding of equity by working with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds and applying equitable practices in all classrooms and spaces. Demonstrate project management knowledge, including time, resources, requirements, deadlines, and adapting to unexpected events. Leverage learning technologies to enhance learning through current technologies and channels. Align with curriculum objectives by understanding goals identified in curricula and defined learning outcomes. Apply active listening, speaking, critical thinking, learning strategies, reading comprehension, social perceptiveness, and other foundational competencies in daily practice. Address adolescent socialization behavior and learning difficulties to support student success. Exercise judgment and decision making to choose the most appropriate actions; communicate effectively in writing; engage in complex problem solving and coordination as part of leadership responsibilities. Evaluate curricula, teaching methods, and programs for effectiveness and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; observe teaching methods and materials to identify improvement areas. Counsel and guide students on personal, academic, vocational, or behavioral issues; collaborate with teachers to develop and maintain curriculum standards, mission statements, and performance goals. Direct and coordinate activities of teachers, administrators, and support staff; recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; confer with parents and staff on educational activities, policies, and student issues; enforce discipline and attendance rules. Provide leadership in developing, implementing, and evaluating the Elevate Instructional Framework in line with district philosophy, policy and rules; recommend employment, assign, and supervise personnel; ensure staff training for framework implementation and promote professional growth. Communicate expectations and policies clearly to staff and students; foster two-way communication and feedback loops. Supervise students per federal/state law and district policy; create opportunities for student responsibility and leadership. Participate in school and district planning, decision making, committees, and project completion; lead ongoing alignment and fidelity of the Elevate Instructional Framework. Budget for and oversee purchase of materials and equipment; supervise maintenance, control, and safe use of school facilities and materials. Develop and maintain a master schedule for students, staff, rooms, activities, and course offerings aligned with pupil needs and instructional effectiveness. Maintain effective communication with patrons, parents, organizations, agencies, and employers to foster involvement in school activities. Cultivate a school climate with international-mindedness, high expectations, staff and student morale, and accountability for student learning and program development. Ensure a whole-school approach to curriculum planning and regular teacher collaboration; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Certifications

Budgeting and procurement; supervising facilities and equipment. Developing and maintaining a master schedule aligned with instructional goals. Maintaining programs to engage patrons and the community. Maintaining a positive school climate, high expectations, and responsible student behavior. Ensuring a whole-school approach to curriculum planning and regular collaboration. Performing other duties as assigned. Work Hours and Travel
