About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources Business Partnership to spearhead the HR function across its U.S. operations. This pivotal role is designed for an experienced leader who is passionate about aligning HR strategy with business objectives and delivering innovative people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational growth.
You will oversee a dedicated team of HR Business Partners who cater to various operational, corporate, and field leadership functions. As a strategic advisor to senior executives, your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between advanced HR practices and the operational needs of the business. You will play a key role in fostering a thriving workplace culture that promotes success and strong business outcomes.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in HR leadership roles. A strong background in leading HR Business Partner functions within multi-site, operationally complex environments is essential. You must demonstrate the capability to translate strategic priorities into practical people solutions effectively. Expertise in organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and change management is required.
This is a hands-on leadership position that balances strategic advisory responsibilities with operational implementation. A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's degree or relevant HR certification is preferred. The VP will be an advocate for the company's values, champion culture-building initiatives, and ensure a consistent presence in the field to foster trust and collaboration with leaders and employees.
