About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to spearhead HR initiatives for our Support Center, which serves corporate teams across the U.S. and India. This pivotal role is designed for a transformative and strategic leader who can effectively partner with senior executives to drive people strategies that significantly enhance performance, culture, and the overall team member experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in shaping and evolving HR functions, focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead team and talent development initiatives, ensuring HR leaders are seen as vital strategic business partners.
Champion programs that foster belonging, engagement, and well-being among employees.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions that influence and align with executive goals.
Oversee operations across diverse teams and cultures, especially in international contexts, with a particular focus on practices within India.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR business partner or executive role.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Strong understanding of international HR practices and experience managing global teams.
Experience in multi-brand or multi-unit environments, such as retail, consumer goods, or hospitality.
Exceptional executive presence and high emotional intelligence, with the capability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
