Delivery Driver Helper Duties and Responsibilities

- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!

- Assist the delivery driver in the safe and timely transport of goods to customers

- Assist driver with parking, backing up and manouvering of the vehicle

- Assist driver with contact compliance

- Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle

- Perform heavy lifting of packages and products

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle

Qualifications: Qualifications

Delivery Driver Helper Basic Requirements

Eligible to work in the U.S

Must be 18 years of age

Must be available to work weekends.

Must be able to safely work with heavy, bulky packages up to 300 lbs

Must be committed to excellent customer service

Having a Driver's license - a PLUS

Experience with box trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers - a PLUS

Proficient in heavy lifting techniques and able to lift heavy items repeatedly - a PLUS

Familiarity with operating pallet jacks for moving goods - a PLUS

Commercial driving experience - a PLUS

Knowledge of warehouse operations and courier services - a PLUS
