Purpose Statement The Wet Water Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our food products through meticulous environmental control and deep cleaning of equipment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and disassemble production equipment and perform in-depth cleaning using both COP and CIP systems, ensuring all equipment is verified for cleanliness. Maintain CIP Chart Recorders and document necessary information on charts and logs. Manage inventory of sanitation supplies and utilize bioluminescence technology for verifying cleanliness. Perform tasks as outlined in the Master Cleaning Schedule and troubleshoot sanitation equipment as needed. Train new team members in essential sanitation and environmental operations. Maintain a safe and organized work area according to GMP and safety standards. Operate Rich’s SCADA system and complete all required documentation efficiently. Carry out additional related duties as assigned by the lead person. Engage in cross-training across various areas of the plant as part of the Skillblock program, including Valve and Pump PM tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively train fellow associates in sanitation practices. Willingness to collaborate within a self-directed work team. Proficiency in the Rich's SCADA system. Adherence to Associate Safety guidelines with a strong understanding of GMP and food safety protocols. Knowledge of proper machine operations and adjustments.
