Longevity Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to focus exclusively on our Memory Care program. This individual will be responsible for guiding families through the decision-making process, building strong referral relationships, and ensuring our community is recognized as a trusted leader in memory care services. The Director of Sales and Marketing will manage the full sales cycle — from inquiry and tour to move-in — with a focus on helping families feel supported, informed, and confident in their choice. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about dementia care, family support, and connecting people with a community where their loved ones will thrive. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals for Longevity Senior Living’s Memory Care community. Manage the inquiry-to-move-in process with sensitivity and empathy, ensuring timely follow-up, personalized tours, and supportive communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, senior advisors, and Alzheimer’s/dementia support organizations. Serve as a key resource for families, answering questions about dementia care, programming, and community culture. Ensure CRM accuracy with timely data entry, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting. Partner with the Executive Director and clinical team to align sales efforts with resident care standards and program excellence. Represent Longevity Senior Living at memory care–focused events, caregiver support groups, and community outreach initiatives. Provide input on marketing materials and campaigns specific to Memory Care audiences. Participate in leadership meetings to share occupancy updates, referral trends, and family feedback. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in senior living, memory care, healthcare, or related service industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals. Experience working with families facing dementia/Alzheimer’s decisions strongly preferred. Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends to meet family and referral needs.
