Key Responsibilities:
Perform inside and outside painting duties efficiently, including:
Preparing paint by accurately mixing components.
Preparing surfaces for painting.
Applying specified coatings of paint to various surfaces.
Utilize standard painting equipment such as brushes, airless spray equipment, and motorized lifts.
Apply technical knowledge of coating materials for superior application results.
Set up scaffolding and ladders safely in preparation for painting tasks.
Properly dispose of residual materials following regulations.
Assist in training apprentices to develop their skills.
Inform management when tasks are complete or if issues arise during jobs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Report any malfunctions of tools and equipment to management.
Address customer inquiries regarding painting projects as needed.
Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, especially health and safety protocols.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
