We have an exciting immediate opening for a skilled and motivated painter to join our dynamic team!
General Functions:
Execute both interior and exterior painting projects with efficiency, which includes:
Accurately mixing paint components
Preparing surfaces for painting
Applying designated paint coatings
Utilize standard painting equipment, including paint and airless spray machinery, motorized lifts, and brushes.
Apply your technical expertise in coatings to achieve high-quality results.
Properly set up scaffolding and ladders in preparation for painting.
Ensure correct disposal of residual materials.
Support the training and development of apprentices.
Communicate with management upon project completion, or report any issues encountered during work.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Notify management about any malfunctioning tools or equipment.
Respond to customer inquiries about ongoing projects as necessary.
Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to health and safety.
Perform any other related responsibilities as assigned.
