The Catering Services Lead plays a vital role in overseeing and coordinating catering events of varying sizes in both central and satellite locations. This position ensures the highest quality of service and adherence to brand standards and initiatives, making each event a success.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $26.00 to $28.00. This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities: Foster a safety-oriented culture, ensuring a work environment where all employees feel safe. Oversee catering operations, including staff coordination, setup, preparation, service, and breakdown of food and beverages for diverse events. Manage event bookings, menu selection, pricing, and costing. Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance evaluations for team members. Collaborate with other departments and participate in management meetings. Interface with vendors and key service users. Build and maintain external customer relations; represent Aramark and clients in various settings. Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards are upheld through supervision and checklists. Engage in catering training programs and help develop training initiatives for staff. Support the implementation of Aramark OpX Catering guidelines and initiatives. Job duties may evolve, and new responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications: A minimum of two years of operational experience in a hotel or banquet setting is required. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
