We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Software Engineering to lead our global engineering organization. In this pivotal role, you will be at the helm of fostering a culture of quality, operational excellence, and engineering innovation that drives our product portfolio. You will lead an accomplished team of engineering leaders and technical talent to architect, build, and scale cutting-edge enterprise software solutions, emphasizing cloud-native architectures, AI, and data processing.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring engineering leaders, cultivating a culture of accountability and transparency, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities. We seek candidates with a minimum of 15 years of software engineering experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
