Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant, located in Milpitas, CA. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting the dentist during dental procedures, providing patient care, performing dental x-rays, and maintaining patient records. Daily tasks also include sterilization of dental instruments, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. The Dental Assistant will support administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office. Responsibilities

Skills and experience in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care Proficiency in sterilization techniques and maintaining a sterile environment Experience in dental assisting and supporting dental procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately Certification or diploma in Dental Assisting is preferred Current CPR certification is a plus Experience with dental x-ray equipment and technology Seniority level
