Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant, located in Milpitas, CA. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting the dentist during dental procedures, providing patient care, performing dental x-rays, and maintaining patient records. Daily tasks also include sterilization of dental instruments, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. The Dental Assistant will support administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately
• Certification or diploma in Dental Assisting is preferred
• Current CPR certification is a plus
• Experience with dental x-ray equipment and technology
