What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loader to feed crushing plant and load trucks safely and efficiently Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and operational efficiency Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial or construction setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
