The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the design vision across various categories, including denim, wovens, knits, sweaters, lounge, and swimwear. This role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in mentoring and leading design teams, as well as the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners to ensure the successful execution of products that align with the brand's identity and market demands. The VP of Women's Design will also be tasked with staying ahead of market trends, driving product innovation, and acting as a brand champion to maintain the company's image and values. Applicants for the VP of Women's Design position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in women's design, with a deep knowledge of fabric construction, fit development, and manufacturing processes. A Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strategic vision, extensive design experience, and a keen understanding of the fashion industry and evolving customer needs.
