In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of advanced quantitative models that play a critical role in supporting our Treasury functions. You will be instrumental in creating performance and balance sheet forecasting models across a range of business lines, contributing to model development within the ALM/IRRBB domain, while ensuring adherence to both internal and external standards. Your expertise in statistical and predictive modeling, coupled with a solid understanding of financial markets and the US regulatory framework, will be key to your success. You will collaborate closely with finance, risk, and business leaders, bringing insights through high-quality presentations of your model results to senior leadership. To qualify, you should possess a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, although candidates with a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience will also be considered. A minimum of 3 years of experience in quantitative model development, research, or validation within the banking, fintech, or financial services industry is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, and SAS is expected, along with strong communication skills that allow you to translate model findings into actionable business insights.
