A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience is essential, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Certification as a CPA is desirable, and experience in the construction industry is highly valuable. Additionally, you will oversee risk management, enhance internal controls and compliance, and cultivate a high-performing finance and accounting team.
