In this critical role, you will ensure the operational availability of our technology infrastructure, which includes managing networks, systems, and service vendors. Your deep technical expertise in both IT and OT will be essential, focusing on industrial infrastructure networks, virtualization, and cutting-edge technology solutions from global providers. You will be accountable for maintaining an impressive 99.9% uptime for our terminal operations, so your ability to manage a 24x7 environment while leading a team in a matrix organization will be vital. We seek a candidate with at least 8 years of technology infrastructure management experience, a strong engineering degree, and relevant certifications. Your outstanding management and mentoring skills, along with a proven track record in project management, will set you apart. The ideal applicant will possess extensive knowledge of infrastructure systems, network concepts, and cybersecurity practices, along with experience in diverse security and network solutions.
