LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company in Chicago, IL to assist with identifying an accounting clerk. This is a temporary to hire role and onsite with the accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Code, match and obtain approvals to process accounts payable
- Prepare payments for check runs and enter in any invoices as needed
- Follow up with vendors and customers on accounts
- Cash applications
- Review and correct discrepancies
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable month end procedures and reporting
- 2 years + of experience in AP and AR
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and deadline driven
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
