Accounting Clerk Job at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Kent

LHH is searching for a temporary to hire Accounting Clerk for a manufacturing company in the Kent, WA area. This role is fully onsite but free parking is offered. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of accounting experience. You will work on a team, and some training will be provided, however high attention to detail and accuracy is necessary for this position. The team handles a high volume of work so someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment is desired.
Responsibilities:

• Process weekly invoices, including printing, coding, and verifying documentation.
• Conduct weekly check runs across multiple entities to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare and submit customer billing invoices promptly.
• Manage weekly collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Monitor and replenish office supply inventory as needed.
• Assist with general accounting tasks and administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• One or more years of experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficient in invoice processing and data entry.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain reliability in an onsite role.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
