Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or a related field.

  • 10+ years in HR/recruitment, including over 3 years managing recruiting teams.

  • Strong passion for performance, processes, and people.

  • Proficient in sourcing tools, hiring platforms, and recruitment analytics.

  • A collaborative mindset and determination to drive results.
