Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives swiftly and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or a related field.
10+ years in HR/recruitment, including over 3 years managing recruiting teams.
Strong passion for performance, processes, and people.
Proficient in sourcing tools, hiring platforms, and recruitment analytics.
A collaborative mindset and determination to drive results.
