Position Overview We are seeking a collaborative and organized Assistant Marketing Manager to support mid-funnel and lower-funnel marketing initiatives across internal teams. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in cross-functional environments. Responsibilities Support execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across internal teams. Partner with cross-functional groups to manage timelines and deliverables. Organize and track workflows using Microsoft Office and Smartsheet. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Assist in reporting and analyzing campaign performance. Qualifications 2+ years of marketing experience (beauty/cosmetics/skincare industry). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
