Position Overview

We are seeking a collaborative and organized Assistant Marketing Manager to support mid-funnel and lower-funnel marketing initiatives across internal teams. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across internal teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional groups to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Organize and track workflows using Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Assist in reporting and analyzing campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing experience (beauty/cosmetics/skincare industry).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
