Overview Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr PayPal Inc. - Business Intelligence Analyst - San Jose CA (Onsite) Job Description: This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in behavioral data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation. Responsibilities Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to evaluate product features and user behavior. Analyze behavioral data to uncover actionable insights that drive business and product decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define metrics and reporting needs. Work within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, leveraging BigQuery for large-scale data analysis. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools to monitor performance and experimentation outcomes. Interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and processes. Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or payments industry. Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
