Job Description
This role focuses on a suite of property & casualty products, including workers’ compensation, ERISA bonds, BOP, and EPLI. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and client-focused communication to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients regarding the Property & Casualty suite of products.
Respond to inbound inquiries and place outbound calls as required, providing accurate information and solutions.
Research, identify, and resolve user questions or product/service issues, escalating unresolved matters to technical or professional personnel when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all internal and external communications.
Stay current on regulatory updates, policy changes, and industry developments to ensure informed client support.
Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Utilize multiple software applications, including HRIS and Online Reporting System, along with carrier and bureau websites.
Suggest process improvements and participate in assigned projects and training.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or insurance-related support.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to diffuse client concerns professionally.
Ability to manage multiple systems, applications, and tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
